Girly Blog Designz Terms of Service: Custom Blog Design
The following TERMS OF SERVICE are for all Girly Blog Designz clients. These terms are subject to change without warning and should be read prior to each order you place with us. Payment to Girly Blog Designz solidifies your acceptance of these terms.

Girly Blog Designz reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate services at our discretion.
By ordering services through Girly Blog Designz you are agreeing to the following:
Payment is Due: Payment is due prior to the start of any work.
Pricing: Our basic custom Wordpress Themes are $95 for 2 or 3 column custom designs, and the price of a premade theme varies depending on how long it took to create the theme and the added details given. However all premade themes will be cheaper than the current cost of a custom blog design. ALL prices are subject to change at any time, including the repeat customer discount, and prices will only be locked in once payment is received!
Exclusive Premade Themes: All EXCLUSIVE premade themes are sold one time, which means that once you purchase the theme we will then take the theme off the market so that no one may purchase theme. HOWEVER if in the future the theme is taken off your blog for a total of 1 month, then Girly Blog Designz reserves the right to place the theme back on the market for another client to purchase.
Changes to Template: Additional changes to the basic two column template will be billed accordingly. Clients will be notified of the additional charges before being billed and what the charges are for.
Refunds: Girly Blog Designz does not issue refunds once design work has been started. There are no exceptions.
Plug Ins: All Wordpress plugins are released under their own licenses and are owned by their respective developers. Girly Blog Designz provides an installation service only. We do not provide support for individual plugins, nor do we offer editing other specific plugin file.
We currently only offer configuration of the contact form plugin, all other plugins must be activated and configured by the owner of the website. We are not responsible for any plugins that simply do not work, either with your version of Wordpress or for any other reason. We cannot guarantee that ever plugin will work appropriately. We simply offer the installation of plugins as a service to our clients.
Image Liability: Girly Blog Designz is not responsible for the images placed on your new design. If you provide Girly Blog Designz with an image please let us know the source so that proper credit may be given.
If you direct Girly Blog Designz to find an image for you, we will get your image from one of a number of royalty-free stock photography/illustration websites. Royalty free means it is not an exclusive image, and the client understands that it is very likely that someone else using another designer may very well have the exact same image on their website.
Use of any non-licensed imagery is the sole responsibility of the client. If you provide images to us for use in your design risk of liability for use of those images requested is assumed by the client.
Design Services: Design includes up to two revisions of the header and/or complete design. It is important that you list all your concerns/changes to the Girly Blog Designz at this stage as once the design is approved and installed no more major changes will be made. Any major changes you feel should be made after this stage will be billed accordingly and will be made pending the Girly Blog Designz schedule.
Design Limitations: Girly Blog Designz reserves the right to state when a client has exhausted the design services at any time.
Additional Changes: Once your design is completely installed and any minor changes have been made you assume all responsibility to your site. If anything needs to be changed, deleted, moved and so forth you will be advised by Girly Blog Designz to put in a new work order. You will then be placed back on the Girly Blog Designz schedule and your request will be completed in the order it was received.
Screen shots: Girly Blog Designz also retains the right to display graphics and other web design elements from any design as examples of our work anywhere on the Internet or as hard copies.
